PASCAL is the Partnership Among South Carolina Academic Libraries, a consortium of South Carolina's academic libraries together with their parent institutions and state agency partners. PASCAL fosters cooperation on a broad range of issues including shared licensing of electronic resources, universal borrowing, ILS hosting, and affordable learning.

PASCAL Delivers System Migration:
As of June 1, 2020, the PASCAL Delivers system is now live on the new statewide Alma/Primo platform. PASCAL Delivers service is now integrated into each member library's local catalog. The PASCALcat union catalog (www.pascalcat.org) has been taken offline. For additional details on this new statewide resource, please click here.

PASCAL Delivers patron requesting was suspended due to COVID-19 closings on March 16, 2020. It will remain suspended at least through June 30, 2020 due to continued closures at member institutions.

Due to extended COVID-19 closings and the statewide “home or work order” issued by the Governor on Monday, April 6th, patrons are asked to hold all checked out PASCAL Delivers materials at this time. Please contact your campus library for additional information on local policies.
In response to COVID-19 and library closings at member institutions, PASCAL Delivers service, including requesting and courier deliveries, was suspended statewide on March 16, 2020.
Beginning Friday, March 20th, all PASCAL staff are working remotely, in accordance with the executive order issued by Governor McMaster on March 19th. Although our physical office is closed, staff remain ready and available to assist you. Staff contact information is available, here.
