PASCAL recently concluded an election to fill the vacant Two-Year Institution seat on the Shared Library Services Platform (SLSP) Steering Committee. The election, held from October 28 to November 8, was overseen by PASCAL’s Program Steering Committee. Election results were verified by Jason Reed, Chair-Elect and Chair of the Program Steering Committee.
The Shared LSP Steering Committee welcomes Tara Weekes, Director of Libraries at Greenville Technical College. We appreciate Tara’s commitment to supporting PASCAL’s mission, and we look forward to her contributions to the committee.
The Shared LSP Steering Committee provides essential oversight for the Shared Library Services Platform, ensuring alignment with PASCAL’s strategic goals. The committee is made up of seven members including five elected members representing each type of institution within PASCAL: research, four-year public, four-year independent, two-year, and special libraries.
