About the Conference

Join us June 6-7, 2024 in Columbia, SC for the PASCAL Member Conference!

This two-day event will bring together library professionals from across the PASCAL community, providing opportunities for knowledge-sharing, networking, and professional development. The theme for the 2024 conference is “Building Community: Better Together”. Registration is anticipated to open in April 2024.

Registration

Registration for the 2024 PASCAL Member Conference is free for all PASCAL members and presenters.

Registration will close at 5PM on Wednesday, May 17, 2024.

Please Note: Registration is limited to ten (10) individuals per institution.  PASCAL reserves the right to cancel or modify registrations that exceed this limit.

Please note: We are not able to offer a hotel discount for conference attendees. However, Government/Military rate is available at these hotels (for federal, state, county, local government employees, Military personnel, and State-funded higher education universities and healthcare facilities qualify)

PASCAL Member Conference Code of Conduct:

  1. Treat all participants with respect and kindness and foster an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome and valued, regardless of differences in race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, opinions, or any other characteristic.
  2. Harassment of any kind, including but not limited to verbal, physical, or sexual harassment, will not be tolerated. If you experience or witness harassment, please report it to the conference organizers immediately.
  3. Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions, both in-person and online, during the conference.
  4. Respect the privacy of other participants and refrain from sharing personal information without consent.
  5. Adhere to all conference policies and guidelines set forth by the organizers.
  6. Foster a spirit of collaboration and cooperation among participants, encouraging constructive dialogue and exchange of ideas.
