Governance

PASCAL is a consortium serving 57 academic libraries at 55 public and private institutions. Membership is open to all public and private colleges, not for profit universities and technical colleges that are headquartered in South Carolina.

PASCAL is governed by a Board of Directors, made up of eleven elected members, seven from public institutions and four from independent institutions. Ex officio (non-voting) members of the Board include the Director of the South Carolina State Library, and designated representatives of the Commission on Higher Education, and SCICU.
